Dreambox not starting

My dreambox have been not starting up recently so what i used to do is take the power cord off and put it in again and that usually solves it. Now one time , i put the box in the power but since then it never starts it just shows a still green light in the oled display but no signal. I have notice that the power adapter is makiing a weird noise so i think that might have to do with it . I will try another power adapter but in the mean time i tried using dreamup to see if it might be a flashing problem but it keeps saying start your dreambox now , so any other suggestions?

See if you can flash it web browser method. Hold button in when powering up and when it says stop let go. See if you can get an ip showing on the box.
Change the psu they only 6 quid off fleabay will be your cause of problems I've been through a few lately.

I tried using the power adaptor of my linksys router , no buzzing sound but doesn't work. So i assume it is either as u said the power supply or it is the image. But how can it be the psu if the power is on ? Also you told me to flash by browser but how do i do that?
