    very very odd...

I have a dreambox 600s on mmd*S and my box was working away very happily.. I dont turn it off really.. just let it work away doing its thing..

I shut it down , and was moving it to another room, but when I brought it to the other room it wouldnt pick up any channels, so I brought it back to the other room and it still wouldnt pick up any channels , plugged the chorus box back in and checked both cables with it... signal is fine.

I am running Pli iolite 2008, so I reflashed the box and tried again.. then I noticed that when I tried to find the channels it would find the chorus mmds transponder no problem but wouldnt find any services.. ziltcho.. nada.. nothing...scan all the way to the end...

tried a different Pli Jade image just to be sure.. double checked my terrestrial.xml as well

rechecked the cables, recrimped two of them.. but nothing...

    anybody have any ideas?

First off have you a 600s or 600t?
    Where are you in Ireland?
btw you posted in the satellite section you would be better off posting in the cable section.

has moving your box disturbed the internal tunner in the box as i think they are plug in types on the 600

          AAAA HHHHHAAAA

          hello

thanks for your suggestions much appreciated

after farting around with the device for hours I will never get back... I found the problem

I moved the dreambox from one room to another, and the power from the antenna must have blown the tuner in the device....

what I was missing was the "AGC" was reading as zero.. I couldnt remember if this was meant to have anytype of reading.. but I bit of a look around told me this should have some sort of reading...

replaced the tuner and off she went..
