hi there, i recently bought dm500s and have few questions:

1) i have been told that the channel will be off after few months except free sky channels (i m based in uk)
how can they access of this box or how it can happen

2) how can take backup? and if i take backup and once service turned off, can i reload backup,will it work?

3) how to make image or dm500s and how to reload it?

4) what is card function slot

5) what cable use to connect box with pc as it has male db9 bin
