    DM500 having black screen

    Hi all,

    I just got to know that my DM500 goes to black screen when i turned it on.
    Tried several times but nothing happens. Green light still there though.

    Help! what should i do?

      Such a informative site here.
      What I did so far after reading some of the threads.

      I did a dreamup and Flash Erase a few times.
      Flash a pli-jadedm500 image.
      Its uploading file to box.
      calculating CRC32 on STB
      ERROR while getting memCRC32 from box!!

      HELP!

          Next step for me now is to do an Erase.img 5 times
          and after that will power off the unit for 10mins.

          Will flash again with pli-jadedm500 image again.
          Hope this works!

              i also got the same problem , how did u connect ur box with dreamup? i still cant connect
