Adding meo portuguese channel package

hi i have got DM500s with nabilosat image. i just bought a ........ and meo package.
now i dont have any meo channel package.
i know its on Meo on Hispasat 1C at 30.0?W - LyngSat Hispasat 30 w.
I went to menu and did many autoscans still not luck.
so i wanted to find what am i dong wrong?

so is there any method to add the package?

Firstly could you please refresh your self with the forum rules about mentioning a certain subject in connection with a certain UK provider, to answer your question you will need something like a 60cm dish pointing at 30? west to receive the Meo Channels, That is if you are based in the UK

a dm500s wont recieve the meo package on hispasat@30west as its in dvbs2 so you need a dm800hd or similar,regards mdt
