Dreambox dm500-s problems

Sorry if I posted in the wrong area,

I just purchased a dreambox dm500-s dvb and I cannot connect to anything my signal is always the same at around between 63-65% and I cannot get it any higher, i have only had this for 3 days and have been trying since to get a connection.
I have went through 6 different lnbs and I know that they all work, i can only get higher on 3 different transponders but nothing that helps me get my movies.... I am a subscriber through a local satellite company out where I am and I am paying $60.00 every 3 months for my fully open dreambox...
When I bought it, it was fine there was nothing wrong with it at all, all the channels worked perfectly, but when i plugged it in here i get nothing at all......
I don't believe it is a tuner problem cause i phoned a few technicians around my area and they told me if it was a tuner problem I wouldn't be getting anything as a signal....

Any help would be greatly appreciated and I just want to get my satellite working so my kids have there shows....

Sorry but you have not even said what satellite your pointing at, I also suspect its 28.2e but you say your subscribing, unless your paying the provider then your not subscribing your paying a pay server. Do you have any channels at all? Is your box connected to the internet?

remove the satallite cable from the box and look at the signal strength. my guess is that the signal strength will still read 63-65%. indicating that the tuner is no good or you have a faulty cable
