DM500s clone not booting

Hi need help, first time trying to flash dm 500 tried using flashwizard to load pli jade but it froze at 84% so i unplugged it and now the box does not respond to anything. it only come on with green light and nothing on screen and does not respond to remote nor power button. tried to flash in dream up but its not finding it through com port i'm using a null to null cable and have tried several dif dream up and nothing works need some help as to how to reflash this box pls thanks.
