BBC 1 and 2 missing

I have a dm 500s clone. Tried Various Images and everytime i scan it only has three BBC Channels. Parliament News and a Foriegn language channel. Everything else is there ITV all chhannels S*Y including all sports. Any ideas what i am doing wrong?
Additional info I have tried finding the channel in Dreamboxedit and looking in the dats channels but I can't find BBC.
