setting up motorized dish

i had a satellite man setup my dreambox which have now replaced with a new dream 500 i have flashed the new box with commando 14.7 ,the only problem is that the technician set the motorised dish to go to 0.8 when it is disconected and that is where it is pointing now how do i get it to point to 28.2 baring in mind i am using commando 14.7 menu
