help with E box Elite X stb

help neede with a e-box elite x stb,
have been handed this stb, to try and sort out, im presuming its an e1 box, and that i should be able to connect via dcc.
have had a look around but cant seem to find much info about it!!!
can i flash an image on it? update the multi sats etc, via a down load.

any help/or point me in the right direction,

Its a Closed source Box with an IKS gift similar to the Old Protek mark 1's, it may have been switched off similar to the proteks when they did a MAC purge a while back.

Software for these is like Rocking Horse DooDaa so its basically a FTA box now
