Not on here sorry but dependant on what image you are using you should be able to get this from the online server download of the image

I might be wrong, but isn't mgcamd 1.38 only for E2 HD images? You might want to try 1.35a instead in C14.7

The only extra supprt file you'll need for C14.7 (apart from your own /var/keys/mg_cfg config file) is libcrypto.so.0.9.7 which is packaged as a 'loose' rar in the C14.7 release rar of 27 Han 13. Unrar that lib file and ftp it to the /var/lib/ folder. It won't do any harm if you give it chmod 755 permissions, though I don't believe it really needs it...

The only other thing to remember is that no matter which version of mgcamd you opt for it goes here, with this name: /var/bin/emu/mgcamd (so that the Softcam menu on BLUE > MENU > RED can detect it). Don't worry about chmod, because when you select mgcamd in that menu, our hard coding will automatically give it chmod 755 permissions.
