I've just bought my Dreambox last 2 weeks and I accidentally pressed the factory reset button. I can't watch any channels now. Can anyone tell me what should I do now and give me detailed instructions.

Yes- contact the seller / provider and tell them what you accidentally did. They should help you out of your predicament.
To be honest, the 'Factory Reset' option should not really be on a box like this, unless it returns you to the EXACT state in which you purchased it, would we all not agree?
