    DM500s no network connection

    Hi,

    firstly sorry for my bad english, but i'm from France !!

    Since the begin of week I've lost my network connection wiIth no reason !!!

    My settings are :

    Routeur - Freebox
    DHCP enabled
    IP dreambox : 192.168.0.23 (with MAC adress)
    UDP and TCP 80 port open

    Dreambox :
    Network enabled
    DHCP no
    IP : 192.168.0.23

    when I test (yellow button) the 2 first are red, no network !!
    DNS are green OK !!

    Tested with DHCP enabled, same issue

    And what i don't understand is that DCC is working !!! sothis is not anethernet, cable problem

    So if you have any idea !!! PLZ help me

    did you try powering off box and modem and router for 30secs then on ,it might connect then,common bug to reset.

      i've tested to reset the router, but not the box ! I'll test

        i said power off as in unplug not reset as that does more problems.recheck your network again,what way have you got it connected to lan,faulty cable?

          power off was unplug on both demo and router

          I consider my cable is good because FTP is working with DCC and Filezilla !!

          Network checked a lot of time, with many configuration but no improvement !!

            some box,s have network problems depending on the software installed
            have you tried rebooting via remote i have a spare box like that.

                  i have had these issues before reflash box the check again make sure you have dchp enabled then reboot
