    Blackbox 500 volume

I have a blackbox 500s running commando 14.7. I have the volume on the box at full but it is only very low coming out of the tv the tv volume needs to be on nearly full. This isn't a major problem until you switch back to TV and forget to turn the volume down first,I just wondered if there are any other volume settings that could maybe bring it up to somewhere near normal. Does anybody else have similar problems?

Yes, if you're on the latest online update, then there are shedloads of Volume settings and preferences you can play with, on BLUE > BLUE > YELLOW (Toolbox Utilities). Default volume for startup and wakeup on the box is 75%, by popular feedback request. Me myself personally preferto use the 'Leave it as Set' option, for the default Neutrino behaviour. I then have the dm500 on 100% and control the volume via the tv remote.

But your issue (pun alert) sounds abnormal. Make sure the scart connectors are pushed fully home into their sockets on the dm500 and telly. One or both only need to be fractionally out to cause AV problems such as this.

      Cheers- AL

Moved it to 100% but not much better as I say its doesn't cause any major problem except when you turn back to TV mode without turning volume down first. Just thought it might be something i was doing. Thanks for the replies.
