Ive used iphone apps in the past to control dreambox's with no issue. I have since moved to ir control so to use proper remote control, a friend wanted me to setup the app for him.
I could get it working with his vu solo no problem but dm500s I could not. I am aware when to choose e1 and e2 and know the dm500s password is dreambox.
When I enter the ip address in my laptop firefox browser the interface loads up. So its def on the network and working ip.
I tried a 69p app then a ?3.99 app, both the same outcome...
