help needed,I have connected dm 600pvr to the computer via null modem cable,using universal dream up v1334.message on dream up says07:42 box type dm600pvr and nothing else,the only other highlighted button on dreamup is the dissconnect button. there is no ping flasherase or backup button. any ideas on what I am doing wrong.

i havnt used dreamup in a long time but is that the latest version ? if not try a new version should sort it out for u

You must try the version dreamup 1.3.1.0, that's the good version for flash the new firmware, put out the net option, when you use the null modem cable.
