Any one can help please I was trying to flash my dm500s its held during flashing with dcc now I am trying to connect it with the usb nul cabel it does not respond any one can please tell me what to do. I have used dream up 2 with null usb null modem cabel it shows connect switch on box but flash button is not active on it dream up . Please help me

are you using a lap top or a tower with a fixed comm port ,, if its a laptop with a usb adapted comm its touch and go try it on a tower if possible did you try dcc to flash it ?
