PLi jade no BT sport

I have done a automatic scan and can still not get bt sports 1+2 or setanta. I am running a dreambox dm500 on PLi jade image, the channels are there in all services but I just get a black screen when selecting them
Any help would be appreciated

same here im usin commando 14.6 with auto buquets and wen i do a scan bt sport etc aint even on the sport list anymore along with some others, i know the frequency has changed but i dont know how to correct it arghhhhh

Look in all services for BT sports and move them back via remote ......Paul

I have selected bt sports(all 4 of them) in all services but nothing there, black screen

Guys- just use the new satellites.xml file I posted on D-K in one of the C14.7 threads. Remember to REBOOT the box after copying the new file across and before carrying out a service scan.

What on earth are peeps still on C14.6 for? It's state of the Ark now...

I have moved over to your 14.7 image and i am made up with it..... I have put the new xlm file in and rebooted, done a service scan but still can not find setanta sports. BT sports is there and working fine
i have set location to n west england, any help would be great

you need to generate a new sat transponder file to plonk in /var/etc/ so your box know what transponders to scan. generate one her satellites.xml generator / transponder .ini generator

iv added the the new sattelite but i dont know how to reboot the box ? dm 500s pli jade 3 help

unplugging it usually does the trick

James if you are using jade you need to reflash your box with the last openpli 500s image (05/05/13) Make sure you back up your lines ect first. You will then get all channels including BTsport etc. If you are using a blue openpli image just do a software update to 05/05/13 no need to backup your lines. Hope this helps.
