DM 500 Net connectivity Help

Hello

My DM500 which was working fine and now I am unable to get ON LINE connectivity. Normally the lights will be flashing if it is online. But no lights are working. Any body can guide me what would have been went wrong and how to retrive the box.

start be checking the ethernet cable is seated properly in the back of the box and your router.. secondly log in to your router settings via your PC and see if the box it is in the list of attached devices..

did it just turn itself off and stop working..?? was there a power cut..?? what image are you using..?? how old is your box...??
