Dm500s only got Astra at 28.2 want to use motor

Hi i have a dreambox 500s clone

at the moment it only has Astra 28.2 installed on it. I want to add more satellites to list so I can then set up my motor.

i used a satellite.xml generator to create a new file containing the satellites I want on the dreambox. I have used DDC to copy the file into the var\etc.

when I edit the file all the satellites I want are in the file. When I look on the dreambox it is still only showing Astra 28.2


I am don't know where I am going wrong

you need to configure the tuner to tell it what type of dish/lnb you have, presume at the moment its only configured for 28e (single, 28e) so you will need to change it to motorised settings
