satellite xml file help

    satellite xml file help

    I have downloaded the latest satellite xml updates there. Were do i put this file on my DCC and if i do this will i have to re-tune all my channels or what? or will the motor still go to the correct satellite automatically. sorry if thius sounds dumb. BTW i have a dreambox 600pvr and motorised dish.

    it should go in /var/etc then reboot
    most sats should read it ok
    but some may not show up and a rescan maybe needed usally 28.2e and 1.0w

      0.8w or 1.0w but definitely not 0.1w

        thankyou ops must have had a blonde moment
        but some images it known as 0.9w
        that probally what went through my head
