How to delete services from DM 500 S

Hi,

I try to delete some channels from the service list of my newly bought DM 500 S but they systematically reappear after a moment. Are there any tools to delete services permanently? for example, editing a channel file by an appropriate program and uploading it to the receiver or any other way?
