Help with a dm500s

Ok im really trying to figure out what steps to take next...

i have the dm500s its running latest openpli-maxvar and rqcamd 1.31, but for some reason the satellite.xml when i load it makes it so that only 1 sat shows up, 23.x, not 119/110/118 that i need that the file was supposed to have.

Anyway so my question is this, is there anywhere i can get a proper up to date satellites.xml for enigma1 for 119/110/118... also where can i get an updated bouqets for it? As right now dreamboxedit is black when i downlaod the files from the dreambox...

in the meantime i've reverted back to the very original satellites.xml which god knows how outdated it is...

I saw a lot of people recommending commando, which makes sense from what i've read it sounds great, but can i load rqcamd the same on commando? also i see that it has autoupdate and autobouquet, but will that work for NA satellites or only for EU?

Advice would be super appreciated. Thanks!

try this .xml, commando is a cracking image but is really aimed at fixed dish [email protected] uk/eu users although could probably be altered to suit north american birds. the epg is get,epg and rtepg which again is for the uk. try the xml ive posted to see if it helps.regards mdt

The Commando image is optimised for UK only sorry you can use it on the 500s but most of the features will be pretty useless to you in your location.

sat.xml file can be customised to suit and downloaded from here: satellites.xml generator / transponder .ini generator
