no channels

Hi guys. I'm trying to fix an old dm500 that i have. I've got commando 14'7 on it(changing the image hasn't fixed the problem). Scanned for channels but i'm only getting certain one. For example i can't get BBC ONE the sig is 98 the snr is 60% and the ber is 0%. It's like that with most of the channels' is the tuner broke? Does it need to be congig'd? Any help would be great, thanks.

First try Loading the latest V15.0 Commando image before anything else

Have done. I've scanned for channels and only get a few entertaiment,all the music,skysports 2 and then next ti none of the others.
