Pixelating

Some of my channels on dm500s are pixelating, some are worse than others and are barely watchable, is there anything I can do to eliminate the issue.

I get this sometimes but it tends to happen when the weather is bad , it used to happen the same when i had sky.

But however if its happeneing all the time then how good is your signal strength

What channel? What satellite? Are you cardsharing?

Various channels, yes to C/S on hotbird 13e and the signal strength is v good.

Another wee problem I'm having is I am missing Al Jazeera sport +, I believe they are on hotbird 13e but not on mine anyone confirm they are on there and if so any ideas why I'm not picking them up.

Found the al jazeera channels they were named JSC

Okay you get break up due to cardsharing, thats not to be discussed here. JSC = Jazeera Sports Channel.
