dm500 with s*y card

Hi guys,

I have been using my s*y subscription card in my dm500 at my caravan for the past year or so with no problems. I turned the box on today and most channels are working apart from Movies & Sports. Strange how it just randomly stopped working? My card still works in my s*y box.
