Dreambox issues

i have a dreambox 600 system with a motorised dish. i need some help with adding satellites and channels and to my setup. when i check my channel lists there are no sign of any eg 7east or west although these are3 on the satelite xml file that is loaded to it. how do i tune these missing satellites to my system and add the channels to the lists.

Any help is really very much appreciated on this issue

try captains settings. you should get all the satellites

Im on enigma 1 and it wont let me load captains settings on it. i have another settings list but im having issues receiving some satellites. im in n ireland if that helps. can i upload an updated sattellites xml file to the system withut affecting the list? also im wondering if someone can help me with guiding me on how to tune into the satellites on my box also. im not sure on it. thanks

Ftp satellite file to var/tmp and then go into the Blue button and manually load the satellite.xml file.

Uncompress the settings file and use dreamboxedit to send the channel settings to your dm600.
