Dm500s help

Hi, looking for any ideas or somebody who has had the same problem. I am running commando 15.0 I think it is. The box worked fine then just stopped clearing channels, I deleted the line and added it again and also tried reflashing the box with another commando. I also tried another working line but still nothing.
anybody else had this or heard of this before? Oh I forgot it works ok with FTA.
Any help would be much appreciated.
