Sending pop up message on screen (from script)

I need to seend pop message on screen with option to user press OK and with timeout.
This message will be generated by script itself and it will started by crond!
Is it poosible with gemini 4.7 image?
If yes, how?
I mean I know that I must use wget then ip address..but after that?
