DM500S problem on some channels

I have a problem with my DM500S. It is set on one satellite, Hotbird 13 east. I've installed xxxxx 2.3.0 and put in the xxxxx. It's working however some channels which I should be getting are not opening. For example, I get Fox but I don't get Fox+1 and Fox+2.

Sometimes I don't even get Rai which should be FTA. I switch the box off and on again and Rai comes for a short while. Fox+1 and +2 along with other channels never open though. Can you please help?

Try downloading the latest sat file then reboot and run auto bouquet, I’m only a newbie my self so cant guarantee this will work
