Howto playback

Now that i can record,how do i playback to my tv.

Also i am running Pli-iamge,i can only record from the timer.Is there a way to record and stop on the fly ?
I have a 500s

to play back to the tv if your recordings are mounted by the web interface

press the movie button on the web interface this should give you a list of your recordings highlight the program then press the play button
this can take a seconds to start
you can use the webinterface again to start a direct recording by pressing the red button and you can tell if the recording has started a red circle should appear under the volume level on the top right
then press the stop

Thanks i was able to playback to my tv,but the red button brings up the epg.
The red button wont start record.I am running pli
