DM600 out connection

Hi There,
Can anyone tell mw what the connection on the back of the DM600 box is for , this is situated next to the in connection where the cable from the dish to receiver is connected.
I was wondering whether the out was there so you could connect the dm600 to another tv?

I didnt have the manual, i see its the LNB out? whatever that means

here you go mate.. you have now..

The LNB out lets you connect another receiver.. it means you can use two or more receivers off one LNB (Only using one at a time).. its far easier these days to get a Quad LNB

If you want to connect more than one TV to your box then there are a few ways of doing it.. how far apart are your TV's..??

Hi mate thanks for that, i have one tv about 14' away ( Kitchen ) from the furthest in my bedroom upstairs

causes so many rows when i wanna watch footy and missus wants soaps on

if you want to watch different channels mate you will need a second box and have more than one output on your LNB

No mate i want to watch my dreambox in another room whilst missus watches the soaps etc in the lounge on normal tv etc

Hi

You can use what we here call a AV or media link

You put a transmitter by your Dream and a reciver at your TV.

The remote signal is also transferred this way

Sorry but i have to say the pic quality on av senders leave me in tears. ?50 and the quality is so poor and soo much interference.

Hummm ok mate cheers for the advice I wasnt sure about them too be honest, maybe i should look for alternative then
