Can no longer access box via ip address

I have been accessing my dm500s (with the latest commando image) via its ip address so I can turn the channel over from another room but I tried to do it today and now it just goes to 'page cannot be displayed'. I have double checked the ip address has not changed on the box and it is still the same as I have been using for weeks.

Hope some one can help.

p.s It lets me connect using DCC with no problems.

does box and router need a reboot and then recheck ip addy might have changed as i had that with a vu.
