hi everyone i ave dm500s and no matter what software i put on it, it wont go online.

it brings up the ip address and everything else is work fine

it said cant resolve host and i ave internet to it

i need help

Depends what you mean 'go online'
If you mean by a addons panel , check your gateway and DNS are ok.

If you mean by 'software update' your probably using a image that doesnt contain a link to a server

i have a virgin modem, router and wires to the boxes 1 max1000 working fine online the dream i dont no

Are you sure you don't need to give it permission on your pc, because i know when we plug other things in e.g. xbox, we need to enable it on pc before it is allowed to connect?

please explain what you mean by internet connectivity first,,,,, how are you testing the internet connectivity?

telnet to box and try

ping google.com
