DM500 tuner fault

Anyone know if it's possible to fix or get replacement tuners for a 500s and if it's easy to replace them?

I'm almost certain it's the tuner that's gone as the box is fine after flashing till it gets to scanning the channels as soon as you select the satellite to scan and it tries to get a lock the box will bounce itself.

I think you'll find it hard to find someone who will sell you a tuner on it's own, unless it's someone with a faulty box and they know the tuner is ok.

Hello. I bought a Alps tuner for the 500s and replaced it. If you google you will find stores who sell it.
My problem is that the box thinks to have the philips in it yet.

If it's more than ?60 I may as well buy a clone to replace this one!

i have a dreambox 500s tuner fault the signal stop suddenly after 5 minutes if i unpug it for 15 minutes the signal commes again for another 15 minutes i change the nds 352 P AND THE TUNER AND STILL HAVE SAME PROBLEM
