PVR600 - Hard Drive Specs/Compatibility?

Hi, Any thoughts on what hard drive to use? Obviously it's got to be a 2.5" internal.

Make/Model?
Max Size? Although I'm only looking for 160Gb at the moment.
5400rpm or 7200rpm?
UDMA66 or 100/133?
Cache Size?

Any thoughts appreciated.

maybe something like these
Cheap 2.5" IDE Hard Disk Drives best offers
dont think there is to much of a limit on size but anything up to 500gb
is plenty for a non hd box
i dont think the speed is a big concern as its only for recording
not like running a os system
