hi just bought a dream500s for my mum shes 80 years old the box has dk image on it connected to dish not picking up any transpoinders comes up as no lock available just want free view for her as she stays in a bad reception area for normal tv signal thanks

Have you got all the positioner settings correct?

Make sure you only have the single satellite option selected

Also make sure when you go to satellite setup 28.2e is selected and lnb0 is selected.

cant find inb to set it at at 0 dk image on sat thanks cant lock on to astra 28.2eastra2abd maybee have to get dish tweaked in to make sure of signal

An old Sky box off ebay would of been better choice if only require FTA channels.
