Channels Changed Frequency - Please Help!

    Hey folks,

Just wondering if anyone could offer some advice here.

I have a DM800SE with Enigma2 as my main STB in the living room and a DM500 with Enigma1 in another room in the house.

Recently some sports channels changed frequency. On my DM800 this isn't a huge problem as I have Autobouquets installed and it just takes a quick rescan.

However, on the DM500, I don't have Autobouquets and a full automatic scan does not bring the channels in for me.

I have the settings required for a manual scan on the DM800 as Autobouquets provided them for me, however, when I try to enter them on the DM500 to find the channels, I am unable to set the FEC to 4/5, which is required. I presume there are different settings required for Enigma1 systems?

The settings I need to input are as follows: (Two batches)

    DVB-S2, 28.2E
    Freq - 11082
    SR - 22000
    Horizontal
    FEC - 4/5

    DVB-S2, 28.2E
    Freq - 11170
    SR - 22000
    Horizontal
    FEC 4/5

Just wondering if there are 'equivalent' settings that I can use on the DM500 or how would I get these two batches of channels? An updated Enigma1 channel list perhaps?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Look for the Commando image, it has Autobouquets.

I've read a couple of forums online where some people suggested that installing a Commando image on an Enigma system can render the box completely bricked?

Is this not true? Never wanted to risk it before?

It was Gemini images that bricked some DM boxes many Years ago.
