dm500 flashing problems

Hi! guys,
i am still having problems flashing, i am using universal dreamup, everything is ok till it gets to flashing to memory, it seems to freeze for a couple of mins, nothing moves along the progress status bar, then the bar is full & it comes up with the box, box flashed successfully, when i go to plug it in to the tv, it is still frozen solid with a solid green light that won't switch off,
anybody out their that as a answer to this one,

have you rebooted the box by removing the power plug if so try loading it back with a diffrent image or even the orignal image see if that works

Try again, flashing erase twice.
It might work.

Flash a default image then boot the box without the network cable In. If it boots then flash your desired image and all should work again.

Hi mate, do you know i their is a erase flash download on the dowload section, i looked but could'nt find?,
