DM500s Help please

Just got a DM500s for my friend

flashed ok with niablo 8

used E1 Sats From 45E To 43W Cajton Dreambox Settings 26-09-09

transferd with dreamset all ok so far

BUT

im looking for a sat 4.8E Sirus 4

Its in my bouquet list,but every time i got to switch to this sat in my list it just says "service not found"

so i look in satfinder to make shure i can get it (i can on my dm800) and its not in the list

anybody know what to do i need it working for the footy on saturday

Tell us a bit more about your system, is it motorised?

You could also watch the match on AlJazeera +3 or if you can't clear that channel you can see it on 42e TRT1. It is usually FTA but will become scrambled at the start of match and you can then just put in the BISS keys and away you go mate.

The dish is motorised

its got to be somethin todo with the satellites.xml file or somethin,

but it wont let me replace or edit it in flashfxp

i got a satellites.xml in var/etc 70kb in size which i think dreamset put there

also another satellites.xml in /share/tuxbox/ 230kb which i cant edit

also im on a cs server but just incase how do you enter biss keys on a dm500c?

I have the same problem. This is the fix. Goto satellite configuration and change 4.8e to 5.0e in the respective drop down box..
