dm 500s questions???

iam am thinking about getting a dm 500s i already have a 500c which i can use pretty well!
Q.if i use motorised dish and 500s what channels will i be able to recieve ie movies epl sports and more
Q.is loading the software onto 500s similar to 500c and do i still use programmes like dreamup and dcc to do this as am familiar with these.

i understand that this is a lot more involved than cable but would like to give it a go any help would be greatly appriciated thanx dk members

Using a motorised dish you will get all the FTA channels on most sats and also DigiTv on Thor as well with right softcam & keys.

loading software is excactly the same on the 500s as the 500c
so shouldn't be much of a problem for you there.

With the right image the softcam is available to download within the image & the keys are readily available.

i have been doing a bit of reading is it true you wont get many channnels using keys if sowhat is the other option one vip member said he has most european packages open on his dm 500s what would i need to open these packages ie software or is it just a matter of finding the right satts using a motorised dish?? sorry if i sound like a total noob gatta learn tho thanx again

Yes there is only Digi Tv and a few other small packages only with just softcam & keys at moment, there is another way called cardshare but new rules on here dont allow us to talk about that.
There are plenty of other places on the net to find out about cardshare though.

Only package that will open with keys worth having is DigiTV on 1w. What that member is probably referring to is cardshare but you'll have to google it as t can't be discussed here.

do i have to look into card sharing even if i just want the euro packages and not the sky ones am just mainly after it for the football maybe movies and dicovery channels

As I said the only package left on keys worth having is Digitv, the rest will be on CS
