DM500 missing menu

Hi,
can any help! I have PLI on my DM500S and it worked OK. Then today it has no signal and when I reflash I do not get an option to scan or search the transponders. Does this mean the tuner has failed or has my box been bricked?

any sugestions?

What does it say under the tuner info (tuner configuration)?

hi, I opened the box up and pressed on the tunner and then tried it again and the menu appeared and the software asked me to scan. It loooks like there is a connection problem. The tuner is soldered in so it must be dry joints. Now i have sorted that part the internet connection now seems to be having problems. Never will I buy a clone box again!

I have the exact same problem...... Going to try this fix tomorrow as my dm500s has been lying in the cupboard for months...... hope it works because i bought an openbox s10 hd and it is a pain in the neck...........
