how do i ftp files to my 500 .i am new to this so go easy please.

Download a proggie called coreftp and use that to ftp your files to your dreasmbox.

i know this might sound daft what lead do i do it with i am used to flashing a technomate is it the same.thanks in advance

You need to have your dm500 connected to your home network with a straight through ethernet cable if you are going through a router otherwise you need a crossover cable if you connecting directly to your pc. ftp is a file transfer.
