Hi all has anyone had experince with both these boxes and how do both fair with cccam and ease of setup for a motorised system, at the moment I use a dm500c with a neutrino image on so I would like to stick with the sat version on the 500s , or is the tm 600 better for the motorised systems, also what size dish is required to get the best of the sats including the 3pm footie cheers all.

I have used both and for me the technomate 600 would be what i would recommend.There are only 2 images out for the 600 but they are very good.I like the UR images for the 600.Also the 600 will drive motor no problem but with the 500s it can be hit or miss.

what size dish is best without going overboard, I am in northwest but if I am gona cs then I want it motorised to get the full use of the cs sub.Comment

I have both, for support the dreambox 500 will always win hands down, I dont think the tm600 or tm500 will have a big support network just like the tm9100 which has been around for a few years it only has 2 decent images. Technomate should have released a HD box instead.Comment

is there anything else I will need for a tm600 to decode nds with cs or will work when the cam is setup will I have get an cam card or does it use softcamsComment
