DM500s with motor+extra dish ??

The setup with a SG2100 motor works well,now I like to connect an extra dish(C-band) to the Dreambox,is it possible at all ?
Is the configuration still"Many satellites via DiseqC motor"?Or is it "user defined "configuration ?Any ideas ?Optos

Hi i have comfiguration problem with my DM500-s my box it cant turning my dish. always the message come up " please wait while the motor is turning to ......" but is not turning. So cant setup my box i don't understand .
If you want to turn my rotor i must use my old box techomate 5400-CI. So i need help maybe my box is fault. before i take it back.

Have you checked for any loose conections from the motor first of all. Might sound strange but what image are you running ? I tried pli jade on a 500 and 600 last week and the motor wouldn't turn on either.
I checked all connections and nothing was loose. Iput my Technomate on and the motor turned no probs. Tried again with DM's and still wouldn't turn. Put Nabilosat back on both boxes and all was ok.
Strange one i know, but maybe try a different image

if yiou would like to watch cband tv make sure you get a nice big dish over 1.2 to pick up and a top of the range c band lnb

I was under the impression that a DM500s didn't have the capability/ internal power to turn a motor! So what you saying is that it will drive motor?

If i understand what Tomhick024 say that mean my box has not power to turn my rotor so its better to hane a box.

I cant do nothing if the box DM-S can't turn the rotor.
