Need help with La fonera & Dream Box connection

Hi I got myself a Dream Box 500 and a La Fonera Fon Spot so I could use my Dream Box wireless. I know I need to flash it with dd-wrt, Ive found the website for the files etc, but I have no idea what im doing! anyone able to hlf this idiot out, please!
