Dreambox 500S problem

I got used Dreambox 500S, got flashed for card sharing. When I connected to my TV and wireless bridge I couldn't find any channels. On the menu I was only getting half of the bar, the 2nd one was empty.
I went to Satellite shop to check it and was told that the tuner was bad.
Any help? Can I replace tuner or have to get new box
