my dm500s wont connect to dreamup says upload complete waiting for acknowledge,im also getting a black screen and nothing else,the green light is on also. i have another dreambox 500s and it connects fine. need to know what to do next, is it bricked.

what are you using to flash it..??

Null Modem to Serial Port, or via a USB adapter..??

have you tried to flash any other image to it?

i cant get to the part where dreamup lets you install the image, once you power the box on and click connect, it shows the name of the box dm500s and then the message upload complete, waiting for acknowledge and it just hangs there.
