500 wont pick up tps

on 28.2 wont pick up certain tps but my digibox level is very high wondered if anybody else had this??

by tps do you mean transponders,if so is your dish pionting at 28.2e not 26e?

yes transponders defo pointing at 28 picks up sky channels but not bbc and itv and settanta tp

just tested mine santana and bbc are fine

All working fine here to... When you say it won't pick them up what are you doing is this from a manual transponder scan or is it from some settings you've downloaded from somewhere?

manual think i must have a faulty tuner as my sky box works well .
