need a help dreambox 500 for dcc

i have a dm500 and i used before dcc was working well at now i have a green connect ok pc ip ,dreambox and router are goodconnection network is ok but when i click ftp no var ,etc ,cfg is blank idon,t know why i can not install my cccam any help welcome

Have you tried installing CCcam from the download panel?
